For weeks, the Turkish state has been attacking the revolutionary project of Rojava. The military is bombing civilian infrastructure in order to wear out the population.
Simultaneously, in South Kurdistan attacks on guerilla bases are taking place.
The new escalation in the long-running war is being met with much resistance. The guerilla, the YPJ / YPG and the people of Rojava are putting up their resistance to Turkish fascism.
The Turkish state is not the only war party. The West supports the NATO partner Erdogan and Switzerland as well maintains excellent political and economic relations with Turkey.
The French state is as well collaborating with the Erdogan regime and is pushing on the criminalization of the Kurdish Freedom Movement and of internationalists who have joined the revolution.
At the end of October, 9 internationalist comrades [in fact they are seven, among one person left to Rojava ; NdT] are on trial in France within the anti-terrorism framework. They are accused of forming a terrorist organization. One of the charges is that they fought for the revolution together with the comrades of the YPG in Rojava.
Five of the nine comrades were held in solitary confinement for months in an unsuccessful attempt to break their resistance.
